We treat Mini Churches and joining the team with care because this is such a core part of how we build community at Aloha.

 

The following on-ramp to leading a mini church is designed to help prepare and equip leaders well.

BEFORE JUMPING IN:

These are the basics that will help you have a clear sense of how we build and care for our community at Aloha.

> Regular Aloha Attendance
> Six months in a current mini church, two
months of practicing leading / co-leading.

> Tithing to Aloha as a home

Leading a Mini Church is both a joy and a spiritual battle. At times it will fill your cup, and at other times it will stretch you. Remember

• You’re not alone — the Spirit equips you (Acts 1:8)

• Community strengthens us (Hebrews 10:24–25)

• Obedience brings fruit (John 15:5)
